Human Resources Supervisor

Human Resources Supervisor

Duties:
Responsible for the day-to-day Human Resources (HR) functions, including but not limited to, employment, recruiting, benefits, payroll, compensation, performance management, disability management, compliance, employee relations, and training. Ensures consistent application of HR policies, procedures and practices.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; with 3 to 5 years generalist experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
• Prior supervisory experience highly desired.
• PHR/SPHR a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems; experience with ADP preferred.
• Position may perform occasional driving and therefore requires a valid Hawaii Driver’s License and access to usage of a personal vehicle as needed.
