Island Insurance offers a variety of bill payment options that are fast, easy and convenient.  Whatever your payment option, paying with your credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card) may help you take advantage of your card’s rewards or mileage programs.

Online Bill Payment*

Our Online Bill Payment option is available for your convenience any day and any time.  Why bother with writing checks, paying for postage or mailing envelopes?  Simply click the “Pay your bill” button and have your policy information and credit or debit card ready. 

 

Pay-by-phone or Monthly Automated Payment Plan**

Contact our customer service center during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) to make a one-time payment or to set up a monthly automatic payment for your personal auto policy. Call 564-8111 (Oahu) or 1-888-312-2525 (neighbor islands toll-free).

 

* Payments received after 6:00 pm HST will be processed the next business day.  Online payments for policies that are cancelled or expired will not be accepted.  Payments made after the due date shown on any invoice will not reinstate a policy that was previously lapsed or cancelled for nonpayment of premium.  Payments processed via our website are subject to verification before posting to your policy and are not a contract or an agreement to extend insurance coverage.

**A nominal $1.00 fee will be included with each monthly installment payment.
